Reiki Energy Healing Session with Chakra Alignment- $65
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by light or no touch. The practitioner achieves a meditative state by grounding the energy of themselves and the client. The channeled life force energy flows through the practitioner and into the targeted area. All living creatures have energy channels throughout the body referred to as Chakras. Humans have 7 main Chakras starting from the base of the tailbone and extending upward to the crown of the head. When these energy channels are clogged or misaligned, we can experience depression, anxiety, lack of inspiration and motivation, inability to speak up for ourselves and a disconnect from our Source.
Sacred Rose Healing Session- $95
Sacred Rose Healing harnesses the high vibrational energy of roses to promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. While the human body vibrates between 68-72 MHz, roses are known for their 320 MHz vibration. Thus, they are used to elevate the body's natural frequency, helping to heal and balance lower vibration ailments and emotions. Clients are asked to pick out 1 dozen roses and bring them to the session. This detail is vital, as it is believed that the energy of the roses is drawn to the client for their specific holistic needs.
Vibrational Sound Healing Session- $95
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses various sound frequencies to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve physical and mental well-being. Using specifically tuned Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, we can adjust the frequency of each Chakra for a more aligned state. This therapeutic technique has gained popularity as more people are seeking natural and holistic approaches to healing.

Crystal healing is a complementary and alternative medicine practice that involves using crystals to promote well-being and healing. It is based on the belief that crystals have unique vibrational energies that can interact with the human body to restore balance and improve health.

Spiritual life coaching is a type of coaching that focuses on helping individuals connect with their spiritual foundation and purpose. It’s a resource that helps individuals improve their alignment with their values, beliefs, and intuition. Whatever part of your journey you may be on, working one-on-one with a Spiritual Coach can aid in Shadow Work, finding your authentic self and so much more.
Hypnotherapy- $150/90 min
Past Life Regression: this therapeutic technique is used to explore and potentially access memories from past lives or incarnations. During hypnotherapy, I guide you into a Theta Wave state (a meditative state of deep relaxation and receptivity) and using guided imagery and suggestion help you reach your subconscious mind. By exploring past lives, we can gain insights into the root causes of recurring patterns and phobias as well as identifying current blocks. Past Life Regression can aid in profound healing as it provides a space for the resolution of emotions or traumas from past lives.
Using Hypnotherapy, we can also set intentions to speak to our Higher Selves, meet with and identify our Spirit Guides and connect with loved ones who have transcended physical form.
Equine Reiki- from $150/hr 2 hour minimum with a $150 flat travel fee for sessions done outside of a 50 mile radius of St. Cloud, MN
Equine Reiki is a form of energy healing that, like Reiki for humans, aims to facilitate the body's natural healing abilities by promoting relaxation and balance. Horses are one of the most spiritually in-tune animals on this Earth. Their affinity for human connection comes from an energy center referred to as the Brachial Chakra. This energy center is unique to horses and is where their ability to feel our energy shifts is housed. Horses provide humans with such healing energy; but in turn can become unaligned and disregulated themselves. Do you have an animal who is fearful or easily spooked? Or are they simply not acting like themselves? Reiki is a perfect way to help them get back to who they are at Soul level! With over 20 years of experience around horses, I am most passionate about their well-being.
