Holy Fire Reiki Energy Healing Session with Chakra Alignment- $65

Born in ancient Japan, Reiki (rei "Universal" and ki "Life energy") is a healing technique that is grounded in the belief that a life force energy moves in and around all living things. A practitioner guides the individual into a meditative-like state in order to connect to this energy, and because the healing is being done in the energetic body, no hands-on touch is necessary to reach the desired effects. During a Reiki session, we will tap into the energy system known as the Chakras. These 7 energy centers run from the Crown (top of head) to the Root (base of tailbone) and govern everything from physical safety and stability to creativity, sense of self and the connection to the Divine energy within. When the Chakras become blocked whether by fear, scarcity mindset, lack of boundaries, etc. that is when chaos manifests in our external lives. Reiki is a powerful way to determine where the blocks are and remove them gently and with loving intention.

Sacred Rose Healing Session- $95

As a spiritual being having the human experience of inhabiting a body-you and everything around you emit a frequency or vibration. This vibration fluctuates depending on your thoughts, emotions and beliefs. If you are joyful your vibration is higher than if you are angry. The human body vibrates roughly between 68-72 MHz at baseline, while the rose is upwards of 325MHz. Have you ever felt angry while stopping to smell the roses? Of course not! Because of their naturally high frequency, roses are a powerful tool for uplifting emotions and assisting the body in its innate healing ability. Individuals receiving Sacred Rose Healing sessions are asked to choose 1 dozen roses to bring along with them. This element is crucial as the chosen roses are then intuitively connected to you and you alone. Roses are then yours to keep and observe following the session.

Vibrational Sound Healing Session- $95

Dating back 40,000 years music and sound have been utilized in healing by many cultures. From the Australian Aborigines to Egyptian Priests and beyond, this practice uses various sound frequencies to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve physical and mental well-being. My sessions incorporate Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls; each tuned to match the frequency of each Chakra for a more aligned state. This therapeutic technique has gained popularity as more people are seeking natural and holistic approaches to healing and is a great way for a group of friends to experience healing together!

Crystal Healing Session- $95

Crystal healing is a complementary and alternative medicine practice that involves using crystals to promote well-being and healing. It is based on the belief that certain crystals have unique vibrational energies that can interact with the physical, energetic and emotional bodies to restore balance and improve health. For example, Rose Quartz promotes self-love and acceptance, while Black Tourmaline is considered a protection stone, creating a "shield" against negative energies. Crystals are placed directly on or around the body creating a grid which then allows the energies to work together to harmonize and align your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Individuals may bring their own crystals if they are drawn to do so.

Psychic Reading Sessions- $55

Using meditation, breathwork and intention, a loving channel is opened between the practitioner and the "other side". This channel can be used to connect with deceased loved ones and pets, Archangels, Spirit Guides and Ancestors, as well as provide answers through Oracle and Tarot card readings. Please be advised that I do not use this channel for medical, legal or financial advice.

Spiritual Life Coaching- $120/hr.

Hypnotherapy- $150/90 min

Past Life Regression: this therapeutic technique is used to explore and potentially access memories from past lives or incarnations. During hypnotherapy, I guide you into a Theta Wave state (a meditative state of deep relaxation and receptivity) and using guided imagery and suggestion help you reach your subconscious mind. By exploring past lives, we can gain insights into the root causes of recurring patterns and phobias as well as identifying current blocks. Past Life Regression can aid in profound healing as it provides a space for the resolution of emotions or traumas from past lives.

Using Hypnotherapy, we can also set intentions to speak to our Higher Selves, meet with and identify our Spirit Guides and connect with loved ones who have transcended physical form.

The services I render are held out to the public as non-therapeutic hypnotism, defined as the use of hypnosis to inculcate positive thinking and the capacity for self-hypnosis. Equine Reiki- from $150/hr 2 hour minimum with a $150 flat travel fee for sessions done outside of a 50 mile radius of St. Cloud, MN

Equine Reiki is a form of energy healing that, like Reiki for humans, aims to facilitate the body's natural healing abilities by promoting relaxation and balance. Horses are one of the most spiritually in-tune animals on this Earth. Their affinity for human connection comes from an energy center referred to as the Brachial Chakra. This energy center is unique to horses and is where their ability to feel our energy shifts is housed. Horses provide humans with such healing energy; but in turn can become unaligned and disregulated themselves. Do you have an animal who is fearful or easily spooked? Or are they simply not acting like themselves? Reiki is a perfect way to help them get back to who they are at Soul level! With over 20 years of experience around horses, I am most passionate about their well-being.
