Cancellation Policy

Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment may be transferred to a new appointment time. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, the session will be considered a no-show and your payment will not be refunded or transferred. Late Arrivals Please arrive or connect on time for your scheduled session. If you are late, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time to honor appointments that follow. Sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival. Online Sessions For virtual readings, please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you can comfortably receive your reading.
